Our team is complied of 12 African-American males. We are currently located in New Orleans, LA. This is our first year in robotics. We are confident that we will excel in all aspects of robotics and also learn an abundance of information from FIRST. We feel very comfortable in joining this prestigious organization that helps teens explore the world of robotics and engineering.

The Mecha-Knights come from the very valued institute named St. Augustine High School. As St. Augustine students and newly added members to FIRST, we proclaim the fact that we are the future technologist. This is why we can’t wait to fully join the family of FIRST so that we can add our positive input as well as our demanding knowledge towards learning new things. As a team, we will strive to meet the goals of not just FIRST, but also ourselves.
